Jordan Kalchev was born on September 24th, 1955 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. He graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia specializing in painting. He has participated over 30 national exhibitions in Bulgaria and he has realized 12 individual exhibitions.
